You can purchase on zurchersshop.com during checkout you will be able to select the pickup location and the time you would like to pick up your order. What are Curbside Pickup hours?
Curbside pickup is available between the hours of 9:30 am and 6:30 pm on regular business days. During peak business days curbside pickup may not be available.
What if I need to change or cancel my curbside pickup order?
No problem, Just contact the store you ordered from and they can help you with your order. Not sure about which store you ordered from? Just respond to them when they contact you to tell you your order is ready.
How will I know if my curbside pickup order is ready?
You will receive an email when your order is ready that outlines the Curbside Pickup process.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Just bring your "Order Ready For Pickup" email.
Where do I pick up my curbside pickup order?
Once arrived at our store, you can come in and pick up your order, call or text us and we will bring it out to you.
What Zurchers locations have Curbside Pickup?

Are inflated Balloons available for curbside pickup?
Yes, we will bring inflated balloons to your car.
How long will my curbside pickup order be held at the store?
We will hold your curbside order at our store for 7-days after the order has been placed.
Why are some items not available for curbside pickup?
Seasonality, Demand, and not being able to guarantee inventory may stop some items from being available for curbside pickup.
