Price was comparable to other models with some less expensive and others more. Lowes was close by and it was in stock. Removed lug nuts without a problem. Putting the lugs back on, hand screw for two or three rounds. I tried using the impact and it is too easy to begin cross threading. Luckily the two lug nuts were at the beginning threads and I was able to clean them up with another lug nut by hand. This impact is heavy and I could not use it to remove brake caliper bolts even with an extension due to alignment. The accessory sockets that came with the impact are a plus. First Kobalt electric tool as I usually purchase another brand but it's reviews were less than stellar.
